>> new this morning, a two alarm fire at a shopping center in mill valley. and we have new video in it happened at the strawberry village shopping center on redwood highway. the laundry room of the 'evo' spa. the fire is now out. no injuries have been reported. damages to the business is estimated at 50- >> san francisco police are searching for suspects in several stabbings. there's been four of them in just two days. the latest happened just this morning around 2-30 in the city's tenderloin neighborhood near eddy and larkin streets. a man was stabbed there. three other stabbings happened yesterday. in the mission district, at mission and cesar chavez streets. the suspect slashed the victim in the stomach and then ran. another stabbing also in the mission. on the three thousand block of 16th street.

the victim was punched and then ran. that's when the victim realized he was stabbed in the back. the last stabbing happened on the first block of stillman street near third street. five suspects. encountered two victims. injuries in this incident were life-threatening. >> a man shot several times in san francisco's richmond district is in critical condition. the shooting happened just before seven o'clock last of 29th avenue and geary boulevard. police say the victim got into an argument with at least two other men. who then opened fire on the victim, while he sat in a the suspects left the area in a vehicle. but police have not released of the suspects. the victim is at san francisco general hospital. >> a riot in southern california at the 'u-s open of surfing' tournament. officers in riot gear had to clear the streets of huntington beach as fights broke out and property was damaged. this is cell phone video of some of the destruction. police say the tournament was in it's final day when a rowdy crowd under control. a witness at the beach police cleared the streets about two hours after the initial fights broke out.

>> the time is 6:40 a.m.. a health and human services report released this month showed that the cost of buying health insurance through exchange plans are lower than anticipated in 11 states. in maryland, rates are 33 percent lower than expected. in connecticut, those rates are 36 percent lower than forecasted. rates for new york and california, two of the nation's three most populous states, have also come in lower-than-expected. these new rates apply only to those who are currently uninsured and will be buying insurance to the state or federal exchanges. >> bay gentleman's club
